The Wilson Transformer Company is Australian owned and based and is the leading manufacturer of Power and Distribution Transformers within Australia.
With more than 80 years of experience in the industry, the Wilson Transformers Company has over the course of time, established an international reputation synonymous with excellent quality, reliability and service. Since 1990, The Wilson Transformers Company has seen fit to expand their enterprise beyond the Australian region towards Asia. Their proven track record and expertise in this industry has made the Wilson Transformers Company the supplier of choice in power transformers for many customers, and they have been providing consistent technical solutions and support to EWT for updated designs, service improvements and technical advice. EWT Transformer Sdn Bhd was established in 1994 as a response to the Malaysian government's vision to develop and enhance local expertise to be involved at the cutting edge of manufacturing within the power industry as well as to support and complement WDSB efforts in the expanding power distribution industry. EWT Transformer Sdn Bhd is locally registered under the Ministry of Finance (Reg. Category: 140199), Bumiputera Company Status (Ref. No. : BP1973249476850525) and Tenaga Nasional Berhad (Reg. No.: 3002350) and is licensed by PETRONAS( Supplier Code No. : PE1150200).
At EWT, we take pride in all its products and are fully involved in all aspects from the manufacturing to the sales of every Distribution Transformer unit and we are proud to be one of the few companies that specialize in Oil Immersed Hermetically Sealed type transformers, ranging from 100kVA to 3000kVA and up to 36kV AC. Over time, EWT has grown tremendously and its product range and services has expanded accordingly to serve clients beyond their initial needs. Besides its manufacturing, logistics and assembly, EWT currently provides regular After-Sales-Maintenance and Diagnostics for all products.
