    XE系列硅钢片卷料横向剪切生产线是由江阴如一科技有限公司开发研制，可根据客户需要定制剪切最大宽度可达600mm，剪切刀具材质采用日本进口硬质合金制造。适用于变压器、电抗器、电焊机、电器、等行业硅钢片卷料和低碳钢薄板横向剪切，已在川电、昆山特变、大宏机电、永展机电、德顺互感器、飞龙铁芯、威盛工业等上百家企业广泛使用。该系列产品在全国同行业中产销量占首位． 
     ●产品结构该横剪线由机架、送料机，剪切冲孔模具、自动调孔装置、制柜等组成，进行连续冲孔、剪切成需要的一定尺寸的长方形条料，。该横剪线可连续冲孔剪切，也可按每次需要的片数设定单次剪切数量,加工数量达到限额将停止工作数秒再自动重启，往复生产即会将加工总数完成，机器将自动停止工作。生产效率高、安全可靠、加工精度高、操作简便、易学易懂。根据产品规格大小不一特点，常规情况下一人可同时操作两台机器，节约劳动力。
    该横剪线结构简单、调整操作简单、维修方便、价格低廉。

1.本设备可完成叠片式全直接缝铁芯片型的自动生产。
2.裁剪动力：采用进口伺服控制技术，速度快，噪音小，寿命长。
3.送料动力：采用交流同步伺服电动机，具有响应快，定位精度高，低噪音，制动热埙小，寿命长等特点。
4.轨道定位：采用丝杠直线导轨中心定位，刻度盘调节定位快速，准确，方便。
5.运动控制：采用先进的PLC控制器，即大量减少了接线又提高了系统的可靠性，稳定性与实时性，并可进行远程控制与故障诊断，可最大限度地缩短维护时间与费用。
6.模具：采用进口合金钢制造的模具，具有剪切毛刺小、模具寿命长、维护次数少等特点，模具制造工艺完全按照高速冲模具加工，维护、拆装、研磨尤其方便，减少劳动强度。
7.寿命保证：本设备标准件（直线导轨，滚珠丝杠，各种轴承）均为名优配件，基础件加工装配精度高，最大限度延长设备使用寿命。模具一次调试完成可加工500万冲次。
